Job Summary
The Business Process Automation Analyst identifies, documents, improves, and oversees business process and business process automations to enable continuous efficiency gains across CCBSS functions. This position ensures that CCBSS automations are properly designed, documented and delivered efficiently and with a high degree of quality. These business process automation services support all functions within CCBSS and require close coordination between internal resources and resources from our third-party IT providers. This position is also required to maintain a close relationship with our key stakeholders, providing periodic service reports on their automation requirements and ensuring a proper level of communication with each of them.
The position will be responsible to actively participate in the collection and prioritization of business process automation requests from all CCBSS functions. It will also work with the relevant Subject Matter Experts in the respective business functions to clearly and thoroughly define the business process flow(s) to automate, the actions and responses expected from the automation solution, error-recovery procedures, and all other detailed requirements for each automation request. This position will then work closely with RPA developers to ensure business requirements are properly addressed during the development stages, thoroughly tested during each project lifecycle, and moved into the production environment in close coordination with the appropriate business functions.

Education Requirements
Minimum - High School or GED
Preferred - 4 year/ Bachelors Degree
Years of Experience
- Three or more years of experience as IT Business Analyst with RPA or similar IT Development initiatives.
- Experience defining and implementing process improvements.
- Track record of effective communication with developers and other team members, senior IT and Business leadership, and a diverse network of service stakeholders.
- Experience with Blueprism and the Microsoft Power platform is desired but not mandatory.
