Job Summary

This role is responsible for the daily review and monitoring of electronic orders and invoice generation for National On-Site Retail (NOSR) customers for multiple Bottlers. This includes daily monitoring and review of the EDI queue, error resolution and root cause analysis. Responsible for issue resolution, analyzing data, reviewing the system for customer performance, and providing recommendations for improvements.  Interacts with customers, National On-Site Retail account teams and Bottler’s planning teams to define and promote the most effective order and invoice management best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a single point of contact for Receivables (end to end) with our Non-Regional Producing Bottlers (Non- RPB) and CCNA Exchange Team
  • Manage aging of assigned portfolio to determine trends, root cause analysis, a resolution plan or present issues requiring escalation to CCNA Exchange and CCBSS Exchange management teams
  • Deal directly with bottlers for payables issues (including skipped invoices, delayed payment, unauthorized deductions) presented/outlined by each bottler
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with Bottling Partners to ensure timely billing, collection and payment of receivables
  • Assist A/R analysts with Portfolio research and remittance issues affecting payments
  • Facilitate & manage monthly Bottler statements to ensure accurate reconciliation between SAP system/Microstrategy
  • Analyze Bottler receivables to identify areas for improvement to existing Exchange processes and/or systems. Note trends; seek root cause resolution and act accordingly

Qualification and Abilities

•     Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives on new stores setups and initial product deliveries

•      Manage Product Service Issue or Escalations Resolution

•      Manage Store Lists, Consolidate into One File, and Communicate to System

•      Manage EDI Product Ordering / CIS Invoicing

•      Ensure Bottler Visibility for Viewing Orders

•      Ensure Alignment of Bottler Delivery Dates with Customers

•      Ensure Timely Delivery & Rectify Incorrect Orders

•      Track Product Availability & Reporting

•      Manage volume reporting for accuracy

•      Provide order and deliver status reports to sales teams to steward with customers for completeness

•      Evaluate aging POs against delivery data and take action to resolve

•      Contact customer for PO rejections with reason code to provide clarification on how to resolve

Education and Skills

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred Level: Bachelor Degree
  • Systems used: SAP CONA, LENS EDI reporting system and Microsoft Excel

Years of Experience

  • 2-3 years experience
  • Preferred Level:
    • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service support
    • 1+ years of the consumer-packaged goods industry
    • 1+ years of EDI technology
