Job Summary

Responsible for the overall management of an annual portfolio in excess of $1.2B.  Employ processes and procedures in accordance with company guidelines, identify opportunities to drive improvements and optimize the Consolidated Invoicing Services department and/or CBS Exchange department. Adapt to the changing needs of our constituency through leading a team and directly managing complex customer and bottler issues as needed for successful resolution. Lead and develop a team of both exempt and hourly associates that focuses on collections, customer service, optimizing cash flow, through extensive engagement with customers, sales and bottlers. Develop strong cross functional business knowledge, inclusive of technology processes to deliver results and identify process opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels of Finance, Customers, Bottlers and Sales leadership
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, the ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate for desired outcomes
  • Apply critical thinking to position data and systems for success across multiple work efforts in parallel
  • Solve complex problems utilizing a variety of data sets and analytical tools
  • Leverage financial rigor to prioritize and allocate resources effectively to maximize both productivity and departmental efficiencies
  • Serve as subject matter expert, applying knowledge of data and process best practices to current state technology systems to identify opportunities for improvement or resolution of issues
  • Set objectives and establish the goals that employees need to attain
  • Coach and mentor a team of associates, inclusive of in depth collaboration with analysts to resolve issues within the portfolio
  • Lead management routines with key stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and resolution of issues
  • Identify, research and make recommendations for resolution of data integrity issues, to include partnering with cross functional teams and stakeholders for resolution
  • Ensure effective control environment through strong knowledge and understanding of audit requirements and areas of risk

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Education Requirements

  • High School or GED

Years of Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance, customer service, accounts receivable or equivalent role
