Product Manager

Job Summary

The Data Strategy & BI organization delivers a suite of services and applications business performance reporting and custom business processes. The Product Manager will apply strong data and process skills to design and deliver robust, sustainable functionality to a portfolio of tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders to interpret their needs and translate into detailed, actionable work requirements
• Own the design and implementation of features and support processes for assigned portfolio of tools
• Leverage partner resources (developers, analysts) by providing direction, prioritization, and strategic support
• Design and maintain thoughtful documentation of tools and related business processes
• Serve as subject matter expert, applying knowledge of business and data processes alike to identify opportunities and drive change autonomously
• Proactively identify risks, streamline interdependent efforts, and optimize the resources available to you
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes, striving to understand situations with depth and accuracy
• Coordinate and execute effective user acceptance testing to ensure solutions are accurate and implemented as planned
• Develop and deliver necessary documentation and coaching to ensure new tools/features/services are adopted successfully

Key Skills and Abilities

• Passionate about data and process improvement– can easily visualize complex data relationships and quickly learn new analytical tools and software
• Experience with Salesforce highly preferred
• Advanced SQL skills required
• Comfort/experience with other data and application building tools such as Visual Studio, Alteryx, Power Automate, VBA, Power BI, Microsoft Cubes
• Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking
• Clear, concise, and personable communication to technical audiences and business leaders alike
• Adept at unpacking processes and applying logic to simplify, streamline, and enhance
• Ability to quickly absorb and retain large amounts of technical and business information.
• Decisive, helpful, and positive attitude.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and project partners to achieve results
• Coke experience a plus

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business, or equivalent industry experience

Years of Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, IT, or project management

Travel

• 10% - Travel required
