Job Summary
The CCBSS Data Strategy & Development organization is responsible for designing and stewarding a complex suite of data and business process applications to a broad array of stakeholders across the Coca-Cola system. We are a team that thrives on tackling complex problems with solutions that balance ambitious elegance with steadfast practicality. The Product Owner I will work closely with our stakeholders to facilitate excellent user experiences and deliver continuous improvement of our tools and reporting products. They will employ subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking to own and improve support processes, enable effortless data management, and ensure successful delivery of tool enhancements and accompanying reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service (50% of time)
- Support users by fielding questions related tool functionality, access, and usage.
- Develop robust, easily navigable training materials and documentation.
- Coach and train stakeholders, empowering them to be self-sufficient in our tools as well as ensure successful adoption of new features.
- Design and manage efficient user access management processes
- Perform tool admin tasks where necessary, while championing more sustainable user-driven solutions.
Tool Development & Data Support (30% of time)
- Leverage subject matter expertise to perform research and analysis on data anomalies, data quality gaps, and business insights.
- Develop automations to reduce repetitive support tasks and facilitate user self-sufficiency
- Work with the development team to refine scope and requirements of enhancements
- Coordinate and execute effective user acceptance testing to ensure solutions are accurate and implemented as planned
- Oversee issue resolution by communicating efficiently and transparently with cross functional teams.
- Design and deploy reporting solutions that complement tool functionality and business processes
Strategy (20% of time)
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business routines, and how they leverage our tools to deliver value to the Coca-Cola system.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively identify data, process, and technology improvements that reduce time and complexity and/or improve quality and accuracy
- Liaise between stakeholders and development team to steward prioritization, capacity planning, and tool roadmap

- Proficient with concepts of relational data, reporting, and data manipulation
- Ability to flex between tactical execution with strategic thinking
- Experience building, supporting, or governing Microsoft Power Platform solutions required
Education Requirements
4 Year / Bachelors Degree In Engineering, Statistics, Business, or equivalent industry experience
Years of Experience
3 – 8 years in data analysis, reporting, or technical support
Required Travel
Willingness and ability to travel or come into the office as required by the business.
Hybrid Work Environment
CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager’s discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
