Job Summary

The CCBSS Data Strategy & BI organization is responsible for collecting, managing, and stewarding a complex suite of data to a broad array of stakeholders across the Coca-Cola system.

The HR Reporting Specialist will employ insatiable curiosity, fastidious attention to detail, creative analytical thinking, and unyielding resourcefulness to deliver reporting products with excellent customer service. The objective of this role is to serve as a conduit between highly nuanced HR and payroll data and the bottler teams that rely on them.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting Services (e.g. data analysis and research, providing ad hoc and recurring reports) 80% of Time

    • Interpret and refine reporting requirements, conduct investigative analysis, and provide recommendations and clarification based on expert knowledge of HR data and existing suite of reporting products.
    • Apply analytical and mathematical concepts to provide customers with meaningful, accurate measurement of HR metrics (trends, payroll, leave, event reporting, etc.)
    • Manage competing priorities from stakeholders across the Coca-Cola system as well as government agencies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
    • Continuously own the enhancement, adaptation, and design of your reporting solutions and documentation.
    • Deepen technical skills in a variety of technologies and applications by leveraging peer knowledge, online resources, and informal training materials.
    • Work with manager and peers to rationalize disparate reporting methodologies, standardize approach where it makes sense, and promote transparency, consistency, and accessibility of HR data while maintaining security of PII and sensitive data.

Stakeholder Support (e.g. clarifying data parameters, understanding stakeholder processes etc.) 20% of Time

    • Work closely with assigned internal and external customers to understand their business routines, performance metrics, audience, and overall role in the Coca-Cola system.
    • Deliver reporting solutions and training content in a variety of formats, tailoring to a wide variety of communication styles, technical expertise, and business experience.
    • Develop subject matter expertise in HR data, including data lineage and a thorough understanding of the business activities and concepts represented by the data.

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Articulate, precise communication of complex, technical, or data-oriented content
  • Proficient with reporting concepts and data manipulation
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and syntax

Education Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • 4 year Bachelors degree preferred 

Years of Experience

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting

Required Travel

Travel requirement is less than 10%.

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager’s discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
