Sr. Business Services, Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Business Services role on the CCNA Exchange team will have two primary focuses: 1.   Analyzing and validating Regional Producing Bottler (RPB) and Non-Regional Producing Bottler (Non- RPB) volume data.2.   Managing pricing, reporting, monthly scorecards/reconciliations, and ad hoc projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex organizations for bottler to ensure accuracy of information used for payments/reimbursements.
• Reconcile bottler volume and research discrepancies requested by bottlers and CCNA Exchange team.
• Manage and coordinate the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of standard data and performance measures and track bottler divestitures that impact payments/reimbursements.
• Coordinate reporting changes (hierarchies, codes, etc.) for management books, year-end reporting, and financial databases to ensure data reflects appropriate organization structure.
• Support the CCNA Exchange team manager as well as the analysts for invoicing/payment collection

Key Skills and Abilities

• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
• Experience with key Coca-Cola support systems including SAP, Teradata, Micro-strategy and Matrix reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including advanced Excel (pivot tables, filters, equations, Vlookup)

Education Requirements

• Minimum: High School or GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in credit/collections, analytical or finance industry
• Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
