Job Summary

The Senior Analyst role in the Customer Business Solutions (CBS) Customer Hierarchy Group will be primarily focused on all processes to standardize, load, verify and maintain customer information in all applicable Coca-Cola source systems. Information produced from these systems are the “book of record” for the definition of customers and, the payment of contractual marketing funds for customers and a major focus of stewardship of The Coca-Cola System (TCCS) with ARTM & National Retail customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for supporting new business initiatives and serves as subject matter expert for functional areas across multiple systems. This position will require a thorough understanding of the business processes and systems currently available within the Coca-Cola system, the various industries of our customers, and the beverage industry as a whole. 
•    Collect and validate the accuracy of customer, bottler, distributor, and other operating companies’ data across multiple Coca-Cola Company systems
•    Review inputs to verify that data entered is complete and accurate
•    Reconcile customer volume collected and research discrepancies requested by Customers, Account teams, and Finance and can analyze the data to make recommendations or business decisions
•    Perform maintenance on key system tables to ensure data rolls up in the proper hierarchy
•    Prepare requests to update key tables that provide inputs into transactional or data collection systems
•    Manage and maintain complex organization structures for customers to ensure accuracy of customer information used for payments/reimbursements and data stewardship and updating customer account lists from resources like the Customer Account teams, Finance and external Retail customers to ensure correct customer data alignment/linkage
•    Establish positive working relationships with internal and external constituents 
•    Meet with constituents to understand needs, finds ways to resolve issues, and creatively offers solutions to complex business opportunities
•    Responsible for communicating project details to constituents 
•    Participate in team meetings and makes recommendations to improve processes
•    Interface with TCCS customer base and internal constituents across the TCCS finance, sales, and marketing organizations
•    Coordinate small to medium projects within their functional area across TCCS to support territory transitions, Demand Planning and Forecasting and Governance, etc.
•    Act as an extension of customer teams, anticipating needs and providing excellent service in analysis and reporting
•    Communicates issues timely to constituents and provides detailed course of action for correcting complex data issues
•    Provides appropriate documentation and training as needed
•    Assist with technical and business issue resolution
•    Use multiple large sets of data to proactively identify issues before they are discovered by stakeholders

    • Agile learner capable of learning new technologies, tools & syntax

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
