Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide up to 12 Sr. Business Services Operations Specialists supporting multiple bottlers with direct leadership support for escalations, audits, and coaching within the client team. The Business Services Operations Lead will ensure all daily tasks are executed in accordance with bottler policies and procedures. The lead will provide the client bottler team with oversight for the completion of all service center cases related to payroll. This position will be responsible for auditing the bottler transactions completed by the business services team to ensure compliance with bottler and CONA standards. The lead will manage the business services SLA’s related to all case and operational activities. The lead will be accountable for finalizing all payroll and third party banking reconciliations. The Lead will execute established audits to monitor adherence to bottler standards and practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state requirements. This position will serve as the first point of contact for resolution on escalations or complex cases and payroll issues. This position will provide recommendations for additional quality standards based on audit reviews among the team. The Business Services Operations Lead may oversee segments of bottler initiatives or projects related to implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements. This position will collaborate with the CONA team to participate in testing for enhancements or future releases. This position will validate compliance to all union CBA’s for benefit and pay administration including calculation of annual PTO/light duty rates. The Business Services Operations Lead will partner with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to the Business Services Client Manager. This position will participate and partner with the Business Process Lead in the new hire assimilation and knowledge transfer for all Sr. Operations Specialists within the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operational Delivery & Execution
  • Provides resolutions for all escalations from Customer Service and Sr. Operations Services Specialists across multiple bottler client teams.
  • Monitors adherence to bottler SLA and processing standards
  • Perform final payroll funding tasks
  • Provide bottler with org and master data governance reporting
  • Performs transactional audits to ensure compliance to CONA standards and regulatory adherence
  • Complete quality checks to ensure compliance to bottler procedures
  • Define and establish appropriate quality measurements and metrics
  • Reviews quality and productivity measurements for the Sr. Operations Services Specialists
  • Manage client team adherence to pre-defined bottler SLA’s
  • Conduct system enhancement and new software testing which may include user acceptance testing and regression testing
  • Establish and govern union payout calculations/guidelines
  • Manage bottler and vendor 3rd party audits
  • Provide training to new hires and ongoing training to the team
  • Partner with the bottler and client manager to establish processes for new services

Education Requirements

  • High School or GED

Years of Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or payroll environment utilizing SAP
  • 3 to 5 years of case management experience
