Job Summary

Responsible for providing advanced analytical support with timely and innovative resolution techniques of customer deductions for bottlers across North America. The expectation is that this person will identify technological and strategic practices to help build a best-in-class team. This role includes leading root cause analysis and resolution, including revenue recovery identification. There are frequent interactions with external and internal stakeholders, including presentations for deductions analysis and metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze large volume transactional data to best address root causes for customer deductions.
  • Lead BPO team of 5-8 to achieve bottler goals and execute BSNA strategy.
  • Manage client facing activities, such as, regular CFO and Controller presentations for Deductions.
  • Work with Sales and Operations teams to address complex customer delivery and billing issues.
  • Drive innovation for quick research by utilizing available tools such as Excel/Power Query, SAP, HighRadius, Power BI, Sales Reporting, and Customer web portals.
  • Steward deductions management prioritization strategies with BPO team using HighRadius AI.
  • Perform financial/sales analysis and determine best practices to mitigate risk with large customers.
  • Forecast and assist with expected bottler risk and opportunities.
  • Prepare, analyze, distribute and present Accounts Receivable financial analytics to management. Research root causes and offer solutions to reduce customer short payments.
  • Identify revenue loss opportunities, quantify efficiently using available tools and assist with recovery efforts.
  • Organize and implement various projects and initiatives as required.
  • Conduct research and queries to generate key operational insights.
  • Proactively mitigate pricing and operational issues before deductions are taken
  • Perform ad hoc requests as needed.

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power query, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
  • Strong computer and database application skills.
  • Previous sales or financial reporting preferred.
  • Previous work experience with accounting systems SAP and HighRadius a plus.
  • Power BI and SQL/Access database experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred: Master's Degree a plus.

Years of Experience

  • 3+ years of financial/sales analysis work experience required
  • The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of financial and/or sales analysis experience in a consumer products company.

Required Travel

Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager’s discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
