Finance Specialist I- On-Invoice Pricing

Job Summary

The Finance Specialist I will support clients by providing analytical and technical services to identify and generate actionable business analyses and insights related to On-Invoice pricing. Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and communicating findings resulting from research and analyses that enables pricing and revenue decisions in conjunction with price waterfall analytics. Manages development and execution of Bottler KBl's & SLA's. Acts as core SME for pricing related data and collaborates with internal peers and external bottlers and brand owners to make recommendations for changes to existing processes and future solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and validate annual and promotional pricing in SAP including sample invoicing to ensure accuracy.
• Manage pricing inquiries from bottlers and brand owners, by promptly taking necessary actions to resolve issues.
• Provide financial analysis in cases of pricing inaccuracy and work with affected internal departments on issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Communicate with bottler RGM leadership as well as brand owner stakeholders to establish/review initiatives to mitigate revenue leakage and customer dissatisfaction.
• Establish and maintain relationship with brand owner stakeholders to stay connected on upcoming projects, new product launches, frontline changes, year-end pricing, etc.
• Establish and communicate periodic KBI reporting.
• Drive current and identify new automation opportunities that align with the overall BSNA robotics strategy.
• Support identification and resolution of price waterfall opportunities through business case presentation development
• Identify business case opportunities and analysis using standard reporting.
• Own creation and communication of data changes (i.e., National Wholesale Price List; Long-term price) to prevent negative impacts.
• Provide leadership or supervise BPO pricing associates as needed.
• Support development and own publication, communication, and on-going management of SOP's for our BPO provider

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office user (macros, Excel, VLOOKUP, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
• SOL/Access database experience preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead individuals without direct reporting relationships.
• Ability to work remotely as needed, Internet access and telephone is required as well as the ability to work flexible hours, as needed.
• Hybrid Work Environment: Employees will be expected to work on-site a certain number of days each week and/or month at the manager’s discretion.
• A credit check is required for this position in Finance.

Education Requirements

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Years of Experience

• 3+ years of financial/sales analysis work experience required
• 2+ year's relevant experience with SAP applications

Required Travel

Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.
