Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the analysis of the equipment control process for client bottlers. This role will partner closely with the bottler on the operational process and oversee client equipment service billing. Execute period close settlement and eliminate settlement defects to maximize revenue. Develop and analyze reporting for weekly, monthly and annual client routines. Leverage adhoc reporting analysis to identify opportunities and implement process improvement. Partner with bottler and colleagues on opportunities within the process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support GL reconciliation for re-manufactured equipment.
  • Execute billing and resolve defects of monthly service revenue.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively lead and engage with bottlers in management routines with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, produce and automate reporting and analysis to support process.
  • Identify best practices/procedures and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to the overall Equipment Control process.
  • Monitor, respond and resolve questions/issues from client bottlers.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Support role to the manager

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • SAP and MS Access experience preferred.
  • Understanding of database concepts is helpful for success in this position.

Education Requirements

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or requisite experience

Years of Experience

2 to to 5 years of experience in an operational experience
