HR Operations Analyst- Payroll Deduction Compliance and Reporting

Job Summary
The primary goal of this role is to collect and analyze data in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance for accurate payroll deductions and payments, interpret data to provide actionable insights, and offer recommendations to enhance business decisions, optimize processes, and develop strategies to achieve bottler objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic Recommendations: Develop and present recommendations to optimize HR processes, achieve cost savings, and improve efficiency.
- Compliance Management: Administer employee payments and deductions in line with HR policies, programs, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
- Reporting & Statistical Analysis: Establish effective reporting mechanisms and perform statistical analysis to support HR initiatives.
- System Administration: Manage and execute HR program applications independently.
- Internal Audits: Conduct audits to ensure data quality and compliance with CBAs and HR program administration.
- Policy Monitoring: Partner with labor relations to monitor changes in CBAs and update policies accordingly.
- Compliance & Modifications: Ensure compliance, report deficiencies, and implement necessary modifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, bottler partners, and third-party auditors to communicate clear and concise audit findings.

Key Skills and Abilities
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Database Administration: Experience in managing HR databases.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data handling and reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Statistical Analysis: Skilled in statistical methods and data interpretation.
Education Requirements
Minimum: 4 year degree in HR, HRIS or Business OR at least 5 years of comparable work experience
Preferred: 4 year degree with College Coursework in HR, Business and IT
Years of Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR Reporting, Analytics and Automation
Required Travel
Travel is expected, up to 20%

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager’s discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
