Job Summary

This position is responsible for the Management of Supply Chain Finance (Material Master Data, COGS, Inventory and Reporting) for Client Bottlers. This position is responsible for developing sustainable internal and external stakeholder relationships and establishing oneself as a valued, trusted financial business partner developing KPI reporting and driving best practices for bottlers. This position will manage direct reports and will interact with a variety of external and internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management of Supply Chain Finance operations for both onshore and offshore associates including coaching and development of skills and competencies of professional accountants.
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and help resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process controls and improvements, or process design strategies
  • Act as first level support for bottler inventory system support. Work with Technical Accounting team to identify month end inventory issues.
  • Oversee the development of the annual Bottler Materials budget
  • Develop Financial Reporting Packages (Manufacturing, Transportation, Fleet, PPV, Manufacturing Forecast, COGS standards) for key stakeholders within BSNA and Bottler Operations
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Bottler Supply Chain Finance to assess risk and impact of various business strategies
  • Instill teamwork, collaboration, and engagement across the internal and BPO teams to act as one team in support of the bottler clients
  • Leverage financial and operational subject matter expertise to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance objectives
  • Provide innovative ideas with the use of technology to increase efficiencies and/or drive customer value
  • Ensure timely and accurate Month End Close inventory process according to Bottler and BSNA accounting standards and policies
  • Ensure compliance with Client Bottler’s COA, internal controls, GAAP and other Company policies and procedures as required
  • Other projects as needed to support bottler strategies and decision-making

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Prior exposure to Cost Accounting including Budgeting, Forecasting and General Ledger reporting required
  • Knowledge of SAP, Blackline, Advance level Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Access Databases
  • Influencing through communication skills, both written and verbal, including with senior executive leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively recommend and implement new processes and change management
  • Independent Problem-solving/analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • A credit check is required for this position in Finance.
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Employees will be expected to work on-site a certain number of days each week and/or month at the manager’s discretion.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Masters degree and/or CPA preferred

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years finance and/or accounting experience (knowledge of SAP would be preferred)
  • 2 years of supervisory experience

Required Travel

Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.
