Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

The Analyst – is a key support role for the effective management of operational procurement (Direct and Indirect purchases) in supplier quality and service for the North American Coca-Cola Bottling System. Responsibilities include updating Direct Material raw material & finished goods pricing and creating source list in SAP Systems. Runs Winshuttle scripts, creates & receives Purchase Orders for Indirect (Capital & Point of Sale) Orders. Trouble shoots pricing and quantity invoice blocks and the go to person for any price discrepancies. The individual will engage in end user training and provides support relating to Purchase Orders and Supplier Invoices. Interact with Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Field Procurement, P2P Operations Personnel, Commodity teams and Suppliers as necessary to insure cost savings, accuracy and compliance of all material management and financial controls for multiple Business Units. This position will also work closely with CONA IT, Bottlers Procurement & suppliers in the management of suppliers Indirect Catalog.

Education Requirements

• 4 Year /  Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related discipline

Years of Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• 1-2 years of SAP functional experience
