Job Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator provides management and oversight of services to a variety of Recruiting and HR teams with the responsibility to own and execute the administrative and operational processes that create an excellent candidate experience. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to provide an amazing candidate journey and be the expert in the organization’s hiring processes, procedures, and tools. Responsibilities may include managing calendar events, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes. Working closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple Coca-Cola bottler customers and locations. Manage relationships with key business partners in the organization to drive and maintain hiring processes while adhering to tight deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). Embracing a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of communication with internal and external candidates via email and phone, outlining background process, follow-up on offer paperwork, new hire information, and onboarding details.
- Own the process between the organization, clients, candidates, internal HR, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate background processing and onboarding.
- Assess and prioritize work to handle a diverse slate of activities individually as well as collaboratively with other team members with minimal management oversight.
- Maintain “business partner” approach when interacting with leaders and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver standard or ad hoc management reporting as requested and share observations.
- Assume ownership of processes involving case management systems to monitor the status and progress of escalated items through resolution. Provide regular status updates to customers, maintain customer contact until the request is resolved, and follow up on the resolution.
- Manage and maintain the operation of automation technology and processes associated with dispatching requisitions to appropriate recruiters by business unit based on procedures defined within talent acquisition operations.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Follow-up with managers and recruiters to ensure hiring manager interview guides and other supporting documentation is filed in requisition folders reflecting justification for hiring decision.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Responsible for communication, implementation, sustainability, and continuous improvement of processes.
- Identify and assist with continuous improvement of systems and processes while ensuring processes needed are established, implemented, and sustained.
- Maintain process documentation in Promapp to ensure workflows, processes, and procedures are up to date.

Education Requirements
- Minimum: High School or GED
- Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
Years of Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or due diligence
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing client-facing situations with a mindset toward delivering solutions independently while being creative, flexible, and collaborative
- 1 to 2 years of experience developing and performing audits and managing projects
- 1 to 2 years of experience with analyzing large data sets to draw relevant conclusions about trends.
Required Travel
Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.
Hybrid Work Environment
CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager’s discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
