Job Summary

The Sr HR Operations & Data Specialist is the Subject Matter Expert for execution of end-to-end organization and employee data related processes. The Sr HR Ops & Data Specialist will be the primary point of contact for all data related queries from both Client and BSNA teams, and have a leading role in driving the importance of data quality and system integrity. This role will be responsible to process all organization and employee master data changes in CONA system while adhering to established service levels in order to maintain a high level of integrity with employee master data and to ensure proper calculation of employee pay and benefits as well as accurate reporting for both the Bottler and government agencies. Partner with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities within the HR Services processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every client
  • Self-directed to process all HR master data in CONA, adhering to SLA, ensuring proper calculation of employee pay and government reporting. Execute complex transactions to support:
  • Personal data (tax, direct deposit, name changes) and work tax changes
  • Audit address changes to determine tax changes required for proper payroll deductions
  • Create org structure alignment including new positions and jobs
  • Ensure proper chart of authority on positions for accurate wage change, T&E expense, electronic invoicing, and procurement workflow and approval limits
  • Proper employee classification and schedule on positions to ensure appropriate timekeeping rules are applied
  • Review universal worklist inbox for wage change or other transaction workflow updates required
  • Perform audits and data cleansing exercises including a scrub of employee personal data, pay rates, taxes and other critical data elements
  • Subject Matter Expert for all HR transactions and business process, advising Bottler HR team, managers and employee on proper use of the system and related processes.
  • Provide data analysis to consult with Clients and perform data clean-up exercises on organizational related data including use of job codes, maintenance processes and certification activities
  • Conduct system update testing process, managing issues with CONA/IT support for User Acceptance or Regression testing
  • Perform root causes analysis on any issues identified on master data quality and process and drive continuous improvement on process and systems Subject Matter Expert for all HR transactions and business process, advising Bottler HR team, managers and employee on proper use of the system and related processes.
  • Resolve data related payroll issues for associates timely and accurately.
  • Execute HRIS related testing, jobs and uploads to support new bottler enhancements, additional territories and operational tasks.
  • Lead & serve as a role model for other team members, staff and customers, demonstrate positive guest relations to represent BSNA and the Brands.
  • Raise process improvement opportunities, standardize and simplify ways of working, in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Serve as a member of a Client Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Understand and manage process flows end-to-end with ability coach on process
  • Experience handling audit reviews
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, manage priorities and escalations directly with clients

Education Requirements

Minimum: High School or GED
Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree

Years of Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP specific system knowledge and data maintenance experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Data Management/HRIS experience and Client/Customer Service experience, preferable in HR
