Job Summary

The Sr. Technical Advisor position maximizes the value Phone Fix Operations creates with Coca-Cola customers and field service technicians by eliminating service calls. This job provides efficient technical direction/resolution for post-mix, vending and cooler equipment problems by phone or by video conferencing, field service technician support, parts order processing for customers, and general inquiries of a technical nature. Additionally, the Sr. Technical Advisor exists to minimize customer down-time and reduce service cost providing support seven days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot equipment issues (e.g., beverage vending, dispensing) via telephone or video conferencing in order to minimize customer down time and service cost.
Contact customers in order to confirm service or orders (e.g., service follow up, equipment service confirmation, parts delivery confirmation, service scheduling).
Research and resolve issues for customers, business partners and Company associates in order to expedite service, installations or orders using information systems (e.g., CCR systems, FedEx or UPS databases).
Process order information using Coca-Cola information systems to deliver data to customer, business partners and Company associates or to communicate demand for products or services.
Source and facilitate delivery of assets (e.g., beverage equipment, parts, point of sale material, return of assets) for customers in order to complete projects or installations using Coca-Cola information systems and supplier contacts.

Technical and mechanical aptitude
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
Knowledge of the Customer Communications software systems requiring "basic" to "advanced" computer skills with capabilities to navigate multiple systems.

Education Requirements

Finance Specialist I- Procure to Pay (Tampa, FL, US, 33617)

Job Summary

The Finance Specialist role will be responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day operational oversight along with subject matter process expertise in any or all aspects of Procure to Pay. These processes include but are not limited to: Purchasing; Invoice Processing, Payments Program, Card Management, Vendor Master Data, and PTP related projects, as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Proactively resolve or manage the resolution of day-to-day related issues, impacting purchasing and payables.
Support and interact with Bottler Stakeholders, procurement, and finance teams in all processes: Card Program Administration; Payment runs, invoice process and supplier management to provide ongoing support of the business.
Work in accordance with offshore team to provide governance and assistance in process areas.
Analyze information and resolve escalations with internal/external stakeholders.
Respond to vendor escalations and resolve any discrepancies in billings and payments.
Testing and collaboration of systemic process improvements Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills and possess a high level of organizational ability.
Provide Subject Matter Expert guidance to stakeholders/offshore teams through training and support for procure to pay process.
Own the end-to-end responsibilities associated with card program/payments and customer service.
Ad hoc analysis/tasks as the business requires.

SAP Experience
Concur expense Management / Card Management Experience a plus
A credit check is required for this position in Finance.

Education Requirements

Minimum: High School or GED with a minimum of 3 + years of experience
Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree

2-3 or more years of Procure to Pay or Accounting experience
